Agfair Broken Hill offers a variety of outdoor and indoor sites to suit your business needs and vibe. Customize the size and extras to your liking. Below is the updated pricelist and offerings.
OUTDOOR SITES:
Outdoor sites are available in two depths; 10m and 20m, with varying width options:
10m deep sites:
20m wide ………. $465
15m wide ………. $400
10m wide ………. $350
5m wide ………… $300
20m deep sites:
30m wide ……….. $760
25m wide ……….. $650
20m wide ……….. $630
15m wide ……….. $520
10m wide ……….. $465
INDOOR SITES:
There are 2 Pavilions offering indoor sites: The Woolshed Pavilion and the Rotary Pavilion.
3m x 3m: $520
6m x 3m: $900
9m x 3m: $1350
Premium Corner: $600 (3m x 3m)
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Power – 1 x 15amp: $150
Site Sharing: $110 each
*A shared site is for another person or company who is not a paid employee of your company.
Exhibitor Pass: $40 for duration of event
Baled Straw: $23
Public Announcement Advertising:$150
*Includes 2 x social media posts + Public Announcements over the PA throughout the duration of the event
One Vehicle Pass: $50
Late Fee: $50
*Applications submitted after the cut-off date
Sheep: $5 each
All prices are INCLUSIVE of GST.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT, FLOORING OR EXHIBITION FURNITURE:
If you require marquees, tents, flooring or any structures for your site, please contact Atlas Event & Party Hire directly. Atlas can provide accessories including booths and Velcro compatible walling and screens etc – please refer to page 8 of the Prospectus for contact details.
HOW TO APPLY & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Complete the application following the link below.
- An invoice will be issued once your application has been received, processed + approved.
- Closing date for site applications + fee payment is Friday, 3rd April 2026.
- A Site Safety Plan will become available to Exhibitors and is to be completed and a copy returned to the Agfair Secretary prior to the site being permitted to operate.
