Important Information
All Exhibitors and Food Vendors participating in the Agfair 2026 Broken Hill Field Days must adhere to the information and conditions outlined. Be sure to have a read before completing the digital Exhibitor Application Form or Food Vendor Application Form linked below.

Site Allocation
Site Allocation will be at the discretion of the Committee and can be changed at any time.

Noise Control
The Committee reserves the right to control the operation of machinery which causes undue noise or inconvenience to other exhibitors and/or patrons.

Sheds
Where Exhibitors erect sheds on site, such buildings shall have sufficiently strong footings to hold the building. These footings must be removed at the conclusions of the Field Days.

Site Sharing
Where one or more Exhibitors share a site or where representatives from other companies are represented on a site, it is necessary for a site to be footed by each party. This will: ensure Public Liability is active for all parties, ensure the companies are listed in the programme and for all advertising purposes, enable them to purchase their own Exhibitors passes and inform the Committee of their presence to assist with all public enquiries.

Security
Security will be provided from Wednesday, 29th April until Sunday, 3rd May, 2026. During this period, the site will be closed to the public from 5:30pm to 7:30am. At all other times, security is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Insurance
All Exhibitors must hold their own Public/Product Liability Insurance and must provide a Certificate of Currency to the Secretary at time of completing the online Exhibitor Application Form.

Rubbish
Rubbish bins are provided and will be collected daily. On Saturday afternoon, at conclusion, it is expected that all rubbish be placed in or directly near the bins provided. Exhibitors who do not conform will incur a cleaning fee.

Fire Danger
Exhibitors demonstrating angle grinders and cut-off machines must be vigilant with the dangers of flying particles that may cause damage, fire, eye damage etc. PPE must be worn at each demonstration.

Opening Hours
Exhibitors: 7am – 5:30pm each day
Public: 8am – 5pm each day

Vehicle Movements
No on-site vehicles are to be moved between 8am and 5pm.

Please note
- Exhibitors are not permitted to stay overnight at the Agfair site
- Open fires are not permitted on-site
- No dogs are permitted on-site
