Are you interested in being part of Agfair?
During the two-day event, Agfair relies on the generosity of individuals and organisations to get involved and fulfil various crucial roles.
This time round, the following roles need to be fulfilled ahead of the 2026 event. For your consideration, we have included the approximate donation amounts and benefits.
PARKING ATTENDANTS - FRONT CARPARK
8 crew members at any time - 7:30am - 3:00pm (Friday & Saturday)
$32p/hr (per crew member)
TICKET BOOTHS
Ticket Booths & Gate
8 adults, 2 ticket booths on a
roster system (2 adults x 4 hours
shifts per booth) 7:30am – 3pm
Plus gate monitors
Main Entrance Gate
2 adults at any time
$300.00
In addition, all crew receive free entry into Agfair.
